Memories of the Magnificent 14 (Nights in America)
So this gallery is a snippet of 2 weeks we spent in Texas & New Mexico back in 2011. This road trip allowed us to see so many different sides to America (And we know we only touched the surface in the time we had available )
As we put this gallery together it reminded why us we love America. It's all the differences. It also reminded us of some of the great folks we met along the way.
Anyway, we wanted to share it with you.

The technical bits
The Camera was the Canon EOS-1Ds MkIII. All Three lenses in the kit bag got an outing on this trip. Those being the EF16-35mm f/2.8L IS USM, the EF24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM and the 'big-boy' EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM.
Everything is catalogued in Adobe Lightroom, and some processed completely in that tool. Then some made their way into Adobe Photoshop, and a further step for some into Google's Nik Collection.
