New York, A gallery
And it makes me want to return
I wonder why I do this to myself. I decide to create a gallery from a place I love, and all that happens is I want to return.
It surprised me that the last time I went to New York purely for pleasure was 2007; that's 10 years ago! (Okay, I know you can figure that out). I'd last been on business back in 2012 - where do the years go.
Well with that covered here's a selection of my favourite shots that capture a memory for me.
All shot on my DSLR from either 2004, 2005 or 2007.

The technical bits
So as I said, all shot on my Canon DSLR - either the 10D in 2004 & 2005, or the 1D MkII N.
However, I have changed a little here. All post production was performed in Adobe Photoshop on the original RAW images. (I am so pleased I converted to RAW early on - For the reasons why, you need to check out this post 'Shooting Raw'. Actually to be completely honest on the first trip in 2004 I ran out of storage, so I had to switch to JPG - The Charging Bull shot is actual a JPG.

Absolutely loved flicking through the New York images. All superb shots by the way! It sooooo makes me want to go back there too, I love that City and miss it . The photos put you right back there, nice to escape for 10 mins in a world of NYC. Thanks XXX
